Reception Package:

Fridays: $4900

Saturdays, Holidays, & Holiday Weekends: $7900

Sundays - Thursdays: $3900

General Information

    • Event Times: Setup may begin as early as 8:00 AM, with the event concluding by 10:00 PM.

    • Included Spaces: Use of the barn, surrounding landscaped areas, and the ceremony site if applicable (venue exclusively yours from noon onward).

    • Guest Capacity: Our barn accommodates up to 180 guests.

    • Clean-Up: Pinehall staff will handle cleanup of items we provide. The host is responsible for items you bring in.

    • Availability: Access begins at 8:00 AM for all your pre-wedding preparations.

    • Personal Belongings: All items and personal decorations must be removed from the cottage by the end of the night.

    • Support All Day: Pinehall and Medure’s staff will be present, ensuring both you and your guests receive attentive service throughout the event.

    • Coordinator: Assigned in January of your wedding year for decor meetings, rehearsal guidance, and ceremony day-of coordination (up until dinner service).

    • Event Host: Arrives one hour before your ceremony and stays for the entire reception, assisting alongside the coordinator and then the DJ.

    • Catering: Must be provided by Medure’s Catering (starting at $38 per guest). This includes a personal menu tasting, reception meal, linens, China, silverware, glassware, cake cutting, and cookie service.

    • Includes:

      • Two RAMP-certified bartenders

      • Full bar setup

      • Plastic cups and bar napkins

      • Ice for bar drinks

      • Soft drinks (Cola, Diet Cola, Ginger Ale, Lemon-Lime Soda)

      • Juices (Orange, Cranberry, Pineapple, Lime, Simple Syrup, Grenadine, Club Soda, Sweet & Sour, Tonic Water)

      • Garnishes (Lemons, Limes, & Cherries)

    • You Provide: All alcohol and any extra ingredients needed for signature cocktails.

    Additional Bar Information

    • Service Fee: An 18% service charge applies to all bar and beverage packages.

    • Sales Tax: A 6% Pennsylvania sales tax applies to bar and beverage packages.

    • Shots: Permitted only during the Dollar Dance.

    • Legal Compliance: We strictly adhere to P.L.C.B. regulations, checking valid IDs and refusing service to underage or visibly intoxicated guests.

    • Provided Décor: Enjoy our expansive “I Do, Redo” decor collection.

    • Personal Additions: You’re welcome to bring extra decorations!

    • Included Items: Wood, chairs, and a table for s’mores if desired.

    • Corn Hole: Available upon request to add a bit of friendly competition.

    • Exclusive Access: Booked couples may visit Pinehall and Eisler Flower Farm with a photographer for a memorable engagement session.

  • One-hour property access on the day before your wedding, scheduled based on availability and led by your coordinator. Officiants are encouraged to attend, if possible.

    • Deposit: $1,000 payable to Pinehall at Eisler Farms to secure your date. There is no convenience fee if you pay your deposit by card!

    • Payment Methods: Cash, check, credit card (3% convenience fee for final payment only, not deposit), or Venmo.

    • Payment Plans: Couples are welcome to pay in whatever frequency they feel most comfortable. We accept lump sum payments as well as installations in any frequency you desire.

    • Balance Due: 30 days prior to the event.

You prepare for the day ahead in the comfort of our getting ready cottage, completely climate controlled and available as early as 8:00 AM, with a sip of champagne and a kitchenette to make sure nobody gets hangry on your big day!

Outside, rows of seating await your guests under the two great beech trees who have watched the start of hundreds of happy marriages. The air is filled with excitement and gentle music as the doors swing open and you walk down the aisle toward a backdrop of beautiful greenery and countryside magic.

After the heartfelt ceremony, your celebration moves seamlessly into the barn and surrounding landscaped areas.

Your DJ sets the perfect tone for the evening while family and friends mingle around our charming fire pit or take a turn at corn hole.
